Jamye Randolph is a Houston, Texas native, who currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Mrs. Randolph provides Executive Assistant support to New Degree Growth Operations and Mergers & Acquisitions. She coordinates with the Chief of Staff to ensure all financials are ready in a timely and accurate manner, and all transactions are reconciled appropriately. She focuses on reporting, AP management, compliance, and operational functions for the New Degree Growth team.

Prior to joining New Degree Growth, Mrs. Randolph was the co-founder of a financial literacy company. During her time as Chief Operating Officer, Mrs. Randolph spearheaded the training and operations for 10 team members. Through Mrs. Randolph’s leadership, her team was responsible for several hundred hours of internal, skilled training, as well as several millions of dollars of financing initiatives.

As a wife, mother, and loving family member, Jamye enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to her community. Because of her success, Mrs. Randolph has contributed through community outreach efforts, helping families establish financial freedom; an initiative that holds a special place in her heart.
