Mike’s first job out of college was playing professional baseball for the Toronto Blue Jays (minor leagues). The next 22 years were dedicated to being part of Champion Mortgage. Starting as a Loan Officer, went through the ranks in all facets of the business including leadership positions in telemarketing, sales, wholesale, multi-state branch network growth, underwriting, lead generation, marketing and operations. He was appointed President of Champion Mortgage in 2003 and served through 2007.

From 2008-2019, Mike has been an investor and entrepreneur in the realms of artificial intelligence, learning centers, and oxygenated bottled water and paper products. During that time Mike worked for a boutique project funding advisory firm as Director of Capital Markets with an agnostic focus on …real estate, energy, aircraft, industrial, mining, entertainment, technology and infrastructure. Mike also worked for a Federal Savings Bank before going to Castle & Cooke to help build out the east coast.

Today he is bringing the debt and equity (institutional) relationships he has cultivated to participate in funding cross border and U.S. Acquisitions.

He says that the best parts of his life include: his 30+ year marriage, his 4 children (seems like more), playing piano (fun by ear), playing tennis/golf/pickleball, and working out.
